Lovell FHCC Change of Command July 22
Lovell FHCC Deputy Director and Commanding Officer Captain Robert Buckley, Medical Corps, U.S. Navy, changed command with Captain Bradford Smith, Medical Corps, Navy, July 22 at the hospital. Smith assumed duties as the FHCC deputy director and commanding officer in an official change of command ceremony. Buckley also retired from the Navy after more than 30 years of service, including service as Force Surgeon, U.S. Central Command, in Bahrain. Smith came from Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and is board certified in pediatrics. Congratulations to both!
