Whole Health: Yoga for Pain(CANCELED)

FHCC yoga classes are open to veterans, patients, staff members. Yoga for Pain is a free, walk-in class on Tuesdays. Yoga benefits all by fostering a mind-body connection, calming the mind and increasing strength and flexibility. Evidence shows promising benefits for individuals with pain, hypertension, low back problems, depression, anxiety, PTSD and those with weight issues.
Wear comfortable clothes. Mats provided by you may bring your own, a towel and a water bottle.
NOTE no classes Dec. 24th and Dec. 31st.
