Evanston Tele-Town Hall; Sign up now!

Military and veteran patients, caregivers, FHCC stakeholders and the public have until Aug. 14 to sign up for the FHCC's second Tele-Town Hall and the first for our Evanston Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The Tele-Town Hall will be co-sponsored by the Evanston Vet Center and will take place 6:30-7:30 p.m. Aug. 16. To join in on the Town Hall phone call, email your phone number to fhcc.feedback@va.gov  by Aug. 14. Our first Tele-Town Hall was a big success. Don't miss the second! You'll learn about the services and health care available to you in the Evanston area, including a range of resources available at the Evanston Vet Center.
