Phased "Re-entry" has begun

It’s time for your safe “Re-entry” to Lovell FHCC care! We are gradually restoring on-site services for VA and DoD patients at our main hospital in North Chicago, and for VA patients at our McHenry clinic. Safety is our top priority, and the pandemic continues, so virtual/phone appointments remain the standard for many patients, including those of our Evanston and Kenosha clinics.

Safeguards to protect on-site patients and staff include:

-In-vehicle COVID-19 screening of all passengers at gates, including temperature checks.

-No walk-ins! Except for the ER, outpatient mental health and visits to the COVID-19 Respiratory Clinics, appointmentsare required for all services, including lab work.

-Mandatory face masks and social distancing.

-New text messaging system to minimize on-site waiting times for appointments.

-Limiting patients to no more than one companion, for medical or safety needs.

-Expanded prescription mail service and curbside delivery for new, urgent medications! Contact pharmacy for specific information: 224-610-7600.

Please contact your provider to discuss whether an on-site appointment is currently the best option for you.
