NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. – The Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center is offering free flu vaccinations, by appointment, on select Saturdays in October, November and December at the North Chicago, Ill. campus and McHenry, Ill. Community Based Outpatient Clinic.
The Saturday flu shot clinics are available to veterans who are enrolled for care with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Please note there are no walk-ins this year because of the pandemic. Please call the Immunization Clinic at 224-610-7783 to make an appointment for the North Chicago location, and call 815-759-2306 to make an appointment at the McHenry CBOC.
Flu shot appointments will be given to veterans enrolled for care at Lovell FHCC or at another VA medical center. Veterans who wish to enroll may go to our website
