  • If you don’t have VA health care benefits, you can apply now. Apply for VA health care.
  • If you’re having a medical emergency, please call 911 or call the Veterans Crisis Line at 1-800-273-8255, then press 1.

Our administrative hours of operation are Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For emergencies, we are available 24-hours; please call 911 or visit your closest emergency room. 


Prior to scheduling an appointment, please ensure eligibility and enrollment is complete by visiting our patient eligibility Web site. 

Veteran Patients:

Call (800) 941-4501 for a same day or future appointment with Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Pediatrics. Non-enrolled patients may call the Appointment Line for same-day space available Primary Care appointments after 10 a.m. Monday through Friday.

TRICARE Online (TOL) Appointment Booking:  Book your appointment using TRICARE Online at  If you receive a message that no primary care appointments are available, call the Appointment Line at (800) 941-4501.

Changing Your Appointment

If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner as well as schedule one of your fellow veterans for the original appointment date and time.
