Our Patient Advocate Program helps ensure that your health care experience at Lovell FHCC meets your expectations. Our highly skilled Patient Advocates can assist you by working on your behalf to ensure that your concern is addressed in a timely manner. The ICE (Interactive Customer Evaluation) Program is a web-based tool that collects feedback on services provided by FHCC . It is designed to improve the patient experience by allowing managers to monitor satisfaction levels through reports and patient comments. ICE allows patients to submit real-time feedback and may choose to add contact information.
