The ICE (Interactive Customer Evaluation) Program is a web-based tool that collects feedback on services provided by FHCC . It is designed to improve the patient experience by allowing managers to monitor satisfaction levels through reports and patient comments. ICE allows patients to submit real-time feedback and may choose to add contact information.
