Lovell FHCC offering flu shots Oct. 22 and Oct. 29 at Kenosha Community Based Outpatient Clinic

For the first time, active duty military also are eligible to receive vaccinations as well as Veteran patients

NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. – The Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center is offering free flu vaccinations Thursday, Oct. 22 and Thursday, Oct. 29 at the Kenosha, Wis. Community Based Outpatient Clinic.

For the first time, the Kenosha walk-in flu shot clinics will be available to active duty military, active duty adult family members, and adult TriCare beneficiaries as well as military retirees and eligible Veterans. Eligible Veterans with proof of service may enroll with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at both clinics.

WHAT: Walk-in flu shot clinics at Kenosha Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)
WHEN: Thursday, Oct. 22 and Thursday, Oct. 29; 8-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.
WHERE: Kenosha CBOC, 8207-22nd Ave., Kenosha, Wis.
WHO: Active duty military, adult military dependents, adult TriCare beneficiaries, military retirees, and eligible Veterans
